THE ALCHEMY OF QUESTIONS
The power of questions lies not in the certainty of the answer but in the expansive impact of what they provoke. We ask questions not to reveal what we know, but to manifest what we have not yet come to know about ourselves and our relationships.
In this master Class our learning objectives are:

- Manage our emotional world without expectations about what our clients can or cannot.
- Expand our ability as coaches to enhance the results of our clients.

About the Speaker: Claudia Lalloz, MCC
Executive, Businesswoman and Master Organizational Coach, specialized in communication processes in the face of relational crises in companies.
MCC from ICF and Master Practitioner from the EMCC. Certified Mentor and Team Coach.
In 2023 she was awarded by the UNESCO Center and received the Order of Humanitarian Merit, for her dedication to service and for contributing to the creation of the Culture of Peace, Human Rights, Universal Moral Values and International Harmony.
Graduate in Letters, specialized in Pragmatic Linguistics, she accompanies teams to enhance their communication skills with acuity and precision.

She served as President of the International Coaching Federation, Argentina chapter and held different leadership positions in ICF Professional Coaching for eight years.
