Your Relationship with Sales Determines How Far Your Light Travels
You became a coach to transform lives—not to become a salesperson. Yet if your ideal clients don't know you exist, they cannot benefit from your coaching. Many highly trained coaches struggle to build thriving practices not because they lack coaching expertise, but because they unconsciously reject the identity of being a salesperson. They associate selling and self-promotion with pressure, manipulation, or self-interest, which causes them to remain invisible. In this highly interactive keynote, you'll explore the hidden assumptions that shape your business development behaviors. Drawing on Doug Silsbee's Presence-Based Coaching framework, neuroscience, and decades of experience coaching professionals through Sales Call Reluctance®, you’ll leave with a renewed or new relationship to visibility, ethical selling, and integral self-promotion that is aligned with your values, expands your confidence, and empowers you to build a sustainable coaching practice while serving more clients.
About Connie Kadansky, MCC
Connie Kadansky is the founder of Exceptional Sales Performance and a trusted ally for coaches and sales professionals who want to build their business with confidence, integrity, and purpose. She specializes in helping people overcome Sales Call Reluctance®—the emotional hesitation that prevents even highly skilled experts from prospecting, self-promoting, and asking for business. Connie helps clients recognize their strengths, monetize their expertise, manage their visibility, and confidently communicate their value. More than 100 coaches have completed her six-month Roadmap to Revenue program, gaining clarity, courage, and sustainable business momentum. She is an MCC, Certified Positive Intelligence Coach, and a Certified Time to Think Coach. Connie is a past President of ICF Arizona, a speaker at two ICF Global Conferences, and on faculty with International Coaching Education, supporting coaches worldwide.

Move the Message
What if the best way to end a coaching conference wasn't another conversation—but a shared experience?
Join Scott Lappin, founder of the Moving Edge Method, for a fun, interactive closing session that brings the coaching community together through movement, connection, and play. Through simple, accessible experiences, you'll move from self-awareness to meaningful connection—discovering how our bodies often speak before words do.
As the room comes alive, individual coaches become a connected community: sharing laughter, energy, trust, and a renewed sense of belonging. Along the way, you'll feel—not just understand—how intentional movement transforms presence, communication, collaboration, and emotional intelligence.
No dance experience or athletic ability required. Just a willingness to show up and participate at your own comfort level.
Close out the conference by stepping out of your chair and into something uplifting, memorable, and uniquely human. You'll leave energized, inspired, and connected—to yourself, and to the community of coaches around you.
About Scott Lappin - Founder, Moving Edge Method
Scott is a Movement Coach, founder of the Moving Edge Method and Moving Edge Workshops, and a veteran of the professional ballroom dance world, where he spent more than four decades as a teacher, competitor, coach, and event organizer. Throughout those years, he embodied powerful lessons in alignment, connection, timing, presence, partnership, and performance—insights that now form the foundation of his work to empower leaders, teams, and organizations.
A career-ending shoulder injury ended his years as a competitive swimmer, and his search for healing sparked a lifelong fascination with the biomechanics of movement and human connection. That search led him through ballet, gymnastics, music, modern dance, yoga, the Alexander Technique, and ultimately professional ballroom dance—the discipline that became his life's laboratory for understanding how movement shapes relationships.
From that experience, Scott developed the Moving Edge Method: an experiential approach that turns concepts like trust, communication, collaboration, and emotional intelligence into lived experience through purposeful movement.
As an active member of the International Coaching Federation community for the past three years, Scott is excited to meet fellow coaches, exchange ideas, and share what movement can teach us about connection, communication, and being fully human.

The Wave Doesn't Care
Everyone thinks they fear Artificial Intelligence.
They don't.
They fear what AI awakens inside them.
In this inspiring keynote, Master Certified Coach Fernando Celis uses the powerful metaphor of surfing to reveal why resistance to change has little to do with technology and everything to do with identity, uncertainty, and the stories we tell ourselves. Through compelling personal experiences, coaching insights, and practical wisdom, audiences discover how fear can become fuel for transformation.
Because the future belongs not to those who avoid the waves—but to those who learn to ride them.
About Fernando Celis, MCC

As Founder and CEO of ILC Academy Worldwide, he has trained more than 3,500 professional coaches across the Americas and Europe, helping shape a new generation of transformational leaders.

Known for his engaging storytelling, powerful stage presence, and innovative use of AI in coaching education, Fernando inspires audiences to embrace change, elevate performance, and create extraordinary results—in business, leadership, and life.
About the Speaker: Joshua Steinfeldt
Keynote Presentation
There is a different experience of life available to us.
One where we can learn to feel:
- Fundamentally okay
- Regulated,
- And ultimately can meet our life, and our work, from a place of openness, curiosity, wonder and love -
Regardless of the challenges that arise.
As coaches we so often partner with our clients to tap into this possibility.
We help them to uncover the mindsets, practices, and questions that can open their hearts and minds a more expansive way of living and working.
As we do, we can (at times) lose sight of these possibilities for ourselves.
In this session we will come together in community to explore what helps us:
Return to this more expansive way of being,
and ultimately thrive in the face of the practical challenges we encounter as coaches.
