Barbara Perino, CPCC  is the Director of Wellness Coaching for NoStressWorkplace, a corporate wellness company she founded with her partner in 2011. They help smart companies get/stay healthy.  She also has been a Leadership/Team Development Coach for twenty years . She guides business leaders and their teams to understand the importance of clear communication. Her passion is helping create a workplace environment where everyone enjoys going to work.

Barbara is a graduate of The Coach Training Institute in San Rafael, CA and CRR Global; Certified through CTI and was credentialed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as a PCC and is a graduate of Cabrillo College in Aptos, CA.
