Mr. Schupp brings robust experience and a proven track record of providing client-focused solutions to improve both top-line and bottom-line growth.  He is an experienced program manager, mentor and coach working with highly diverse organizations to align and engage employees to drive the success of multi-billion-dollar businesses.

He has built alliances across organizational boundaries to achieve alignment to quantitative business goals.  He has led the development of integrated business and organizational strategies to tie strategy execution to growth of bookings, revenue, profits and cash. Mr. Schupp is also an expert in the application of Quantitative Risk and Opportunity Management principles to assure all actions are properly scoped and closely linked with the defined business goals.  He has led large process improvement programs to reduce costs, improve performance and drive sustainable change into large organizations. 

Mr. Schupp is the author or coauthor of over 20 publications on technical and business-related subjects.  His graduate research was in the area of Factors Affecting Productivity in Research and Development Organizations. 

Mr. Schupp is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt.  He was chosen as an Invited Visiting Lecturer at the International Space University in Kitakyushu, Japan.  The New England Association of Cooperative Education and Field Experience chose Mr. Schupp as their Employer of the Year. 

Mr. Schupp holds a BS in Electrical Engineering, an MS in Applied Management and is a Certified Professional Coach.
