Marcia is a Leadership Development Coach, Organizational Development & Change Management Consultant. She helps individuals and organizations to navigate change, cultivate healthier work and personal relationships, and become high performing.

With over 30 years of experience working in corporate organizations, including 20 years at Microsoft, she built and managed cross-functional teams in Brazil, Spanish-speaking Latin America, and the United States. She has designed, launched, and led projects that enabled organizational change, simplified decision making, and strengthened employee engagement.
In her coaching practice, she partners with her clients to encourage them to explore their patterns, discover and experiment with new ways to approach situations, and embrace their transformations.

Marcia is an Professional Certified Coach (PCC-ICF) and holds a Master’s Degree in Organization Development from Saybrook University, an MBA from Universidade São Paulo.
A life-long learner, she is committed to enabling herself and others to live intentional, relevant, and happy lives and contribute to progress in the world.
