PCC to MCC: From Self-Doubt to Self-Mastery
A webinar designed specifically for Professional Certified Coaches (PCC) who feel ready for Master Certified Coach (MCC) but find themselves hesitating. This session explores the inner work of awareness and presence that allows you to show up authentically as a coach, embrace true mastery, and deliver excellence to those you serve.
Many coaches view the MCC certification as too vast to achieve or a weighty responsibility. But there comes a moment when the credential transforms from being about obtaining a “piece of paper” to holding a symbol that represents your choice to embody a way of being and your dedication to offering value and excellence.
The MCC journey is first and foremost a personal quest for master, moving beyond simply ticking competency boxes (an externally driven process) to a place of deeper self-trust, where coaching parameters emerge naturally from within while allowing your unique talents as a coach to fully blossom and express themselves.
During the webinar we’ll dive deep into taming your inner critic and cultivating the confidence needed to make this profound shift from PCC to MCC.
Whether you’re struggling with self-doubt or questioning if you’re “enough,” this session will help you recognise that you might already be coaching at an MCC level - the growth edge might be somewhere else entirely.
