The Multiverse of Masterful Coaching: Exploring 12 Fresh Perspectives to Elevate Your Coaching Skills
After graduating from coaching school and earning our credentials, many of us find little reason to seek further feedback on our coaching. We continue relying on what we learned, or what someone once told us was the definition of masterful coaching, without much question. But who really determines what "masterful" means? And for whom is a coaching method considered masterful?

Have you ever wondered: What other ways could I approach [something]? As a mentor coach, I often share tips and tricks with mentees that come from my explorations across various coaching “universes” and different interpretations of mastery. In this session, I’ll share my top 12 perspectives and discuss how simple shifts can elevate your coaching skills.

Let’s rethink what it means to be masterful, and what needs to be unlearned to even reach that level. From previous sessions, I’ve heard reactions like:

“But my coaching school (or mentor) told me to do it this way.”
“Oh wow, I never knew that!”
“Ugh, that sounds like a lot of work.”
“Did he really just say that aloud?”
“I know exactly which client to try this with.”

Be ready for a session full of humor, sass, and out-of-the-box ideas. Let’s play, experiment, and push the boundaries of what masterful coaching can be.
