Empowering Change: Navigating the unconscious through brain-based coaching tools
January 31, 2024 at 12:00pm
Using your client's unconscious preferences and language can create powerful alignment and empower change.
NLP in coaching operates through the conscious use of language to bring about change in your client's thoughts and behavior. By understanding your client's preferences and biases, you quickly connect to their map of the world and in turn align to how they best intercept their world.
Join me in this session to practice coaching presence and explore three brain-based tools that I commonly use when coaching executive teams.
Objectives:
1. Use language to promote coaching presence and alignment.
2. Inspire action through your client’s map of the world.
3. Practice three coaching tools that promote a deeper reflection of self and preferences.
Competencies:
Listening
Communicating
Reflection
Coaching presence
Commitment
