Carissa Gay, MCC is a sought-after coach, trainer, and coach educator, known for simplifying the path to coaching mastery. She is theFounder and CEO of Courageous Leaders, a talent development firm focused on helping leaders change their conversations and increase organizational capacity.

As a Master Certified Coach, Carissa has invested over 4,500 hours coaching leaders across corporate, government, and academic spheres. She currently serves as Director of Coach Development for the Center for Coaching Excellence and as adjunct faculty for The Academies.
