About this event
MasterClass with Jenny Bird, MCC
Join our transformative workshop on Masterful Coaching, where we delve into the profound depths of MCC (Master Certified Coach) coaching, guided by the International Coaching Federation's (ICF) core competencies. This immersive experience is designed to unveil the art and science behind masterful coaching, elevating your coaching practice to new heights.
During this dynamic session, Jenny Bird, MCC, will coach a volunteer, with the group observing g against ICF Competencies. Then we'll explore and unpick how the competencies showed up in the live work.
Earn 1.5 Core Competency CCEU
This training is related to all core competencies. Participants observe live coachign by a Master Coach, noting how they see each competence in action. We then discuss the coaching in the light of the competence framework, noting examples and gaps.
